PTO Meeting Minutes
11/2/09
In Attendance: Janet Moses, Jenna Rzusa, Martha Maye, Zakia Hamiroune    , Eileen Bull, Karen Stone, Donna Nicolosi, Dristen Migliaccio-Walle, Nicole Mason, Trish Martin



1. Hollywood Elementary Dance
Co-organized with Student Council.
Trish Martin and Eileen Carlton gave an update. A budget was finalized. 
SignUps published, and started. Zakia to send email reminder in the next couple of days.
Everything is going well and on schedule.

2. PTO pizza
a. Teachers not getting list of kids getting pizza
b. If volunteer can’t work they need to notify Judy.

3. Bake Sale
Volunteers can sign up on-line
Kids in BKC made signs to promote sale
Discussed what sold the best last year…pies, single items (brownies, cookies)  
The kindergarten classes are going to make Thanksgiving centerpieces to raffle off during bake sale

4. Discussed several fundraising ideas including a Wilson Farm Fundraiser. Could pre-order wreaths and poinsettias at cost and re-sell them. 
Nicole Mason was going to look into this further.

5. Need to finalize schedule of activities for the rest of the year
