Attendees: Zakia, Kim, Janet, Eileen B, Donna

1. IceCream Social:
- Starts at 1:45pm
- 350 total servings @ $2.50 each 
- Bruster's Ice Cream / 7 Flavor Choices
- Student Council will help marshall the students. In return, PTO will donate donate .50 per serving to Student Council community service event
-DJ: CJ the DJ: $50/hr for 2 hrs.
Will take requests from students
-Need parents participation.
Kim, Janet: for the whole duration, starting 1:30pm.
Zakia: Can be there for the 1st hr (til 2:45).
About $1000 overall cost for this event.
2. Auction Rally:
- 13 families rallied 2 or more donors 
-> PTO will award $10 gift certificates for Ice Cream from Hayward's to each Family.
-> Zakia will purchase them and have them ready by Monday.
-> We could then either hand deliver them at the Ice Cream social or mail them.

3. Next yr's officers (may be revised in early fall if more volunteers show interest)
Janet Moses: President. 
Zakia Hamiroune/Donna Nicolosi: Vice Presidents
Eileen Bull: Treasurer.
Need chairs for PTO Pizza program.

4. Other misc.
a. Suggestion to do more to raise awareness of PTO with Parents of smaller classes (non-Elementary). 
Some suggestions included having a PTO presence at the upcoming orientation day on 6/14, sending a note to parents, etc. Donna and Janet will take the lead in preparing a letter to go home to parents highlighting the role and mission of the PTO and soliciting more support

b. Need to have follow up discussion on how to make PTO Pizza program more efficient, more automated and less paperwork. 
Kim will organize a follow up discussions with Judy and Julie to get their feedback.
