Meeting Minutes: 04/02/09.
0. Budget: on track to complete planned activities through the end of year.
1. Lynn Ouelette mentioned School is looking to bring Marvin Marshall, known speaker and author on positive way of disciplining children.
Would like all teachers in the school to use same philosophy, and so looking into bringing him in for a seminar during next In service Day.
Charges usually b/w $1500 and $2000, would like PTO to co-sponsor the event.
PTO interested to contribute in some manner. Would like to see if the seminar could be opened up to parents as well.

2. Bowling event:
scheduled on 5/16, time finalized to 10-11am.
Debbie to work on Draft flier.
Debbie to check with Shane on best suggestion to handle 'registration' process, collecting of funds, etc.
3. Auction:
School projects well under way, some are done already.
Donna will follow up next week with all classrooms to confirm.
