1. Budget update (Eileen)
On track, per plans for rest of school yr.

2. Spring Bowling planning (Debbie)
- Sat May (16th), 10am - reserved timeslot with Leda Lane. $5 / participant (incl. shoe rentals).
- Holding enough lanes for 80 to 100 poeple. Need to call them if expect more.
- No access to party room for crafts for smaller children.
- But can have bumpers on as many lanes as we request.
ACTION: Debbie will confirm with Leda Lane on time slot.
- To get closer count, suggestion to use school's field trip permission slips ahead of time. This will allow for count to be known earlier, and would also simplify onsite identification.

3. Auction (Donna/Janet).
Class Project:
Christine Lorden volunteered for room parent dutie for 4th grade, and Debbie Jolicoeur for 3rd grade.
Got confirmation that School will support up to $25 / class on avge for class projects.
ACTION: Need to get status from Donna offline.

PTO Sponsored Auction Rally:
PTO encouraging sponsor sollicitation.
Flyer reviewed; Input collected. Sent to Stacy for distribution.


PTO Pizza voucher:
We will offer voucher of $50 towards next school yr's PTO Pizza.


4. Misc:
- All present interested in learning more about financial planning seminar, since age-appropriate.
ACTION: Kim will follow up with rep to get more info on content.
- Next meeting: April 2nd.
